Co‑Owner & Lead Technician / Maintenance & Home Improvement Specialist

Victor is a highly skilled professional specializing in painting, maintenance, repairs, and home improvement services. His expertise includes interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, drywall repair, carpentry assistance, fine‑finish spraying, installations, and general property maintenance.

With more than 20 years of experience—including running his own remodeling and rental business in Venezuela and working in the U.S. with EMV Carpentry LLC—Victor brings craftsmanship, reliability, and precision to every project.

As an Industrial Engineer, he excels in project coordination, quality control, and problem‑solving. Victor leads all field operations, ensuring high‑quality finishes, efficient workflow, and exceptional results that consistently exceed client expectations.

Angelica Diaz

Angelica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, leading the administrative and client‑facing operations of World Painting & Remodeling. She manages scheduling, estimates, client communication, documentation, translation, and all organizational processes that keep each project running smoothly.

With a strong focus on clarity, professionalism, and customer experience, Angelica ensures that every client feels informed, supported, and confident from the first visit to the final walkthrough. Her attention to detail and design‑oriented perspective help guide clients through color selection, project planning, and overall coordination.
